2) Title Search & Closing

Once the purchase price has been agreed upon, a title search will be performed. This typically takes around 2 weeks to complete. Once cleared, we will schedule the house closing right away. We are happy to work with your attorney for the sale of this property.

3) Cash in hand

We will setup a payment structure to fit your lifestyle, either upfront cash paid in full or regular monthly installments. We want to completely eliminate your financial burden from this property.
